Senior Affiliate Manager

An innovating iGaming business in Malta is looking to hire a talented Affiliate Manager!

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for the acquisition, management, and retention of the affiliate’s accounts of the company.


    Researching, acquiring and on-boarding affiliates across all markets.
    Maintaining a strong relationship with your assigned affiliate portfolio.
    Monitoring and follow-up affiliates continuously to ensure brand visibility.
    Evaluating and building reports on affiliates’ performances to measure effectiveness and ensure profitability.
    Monitor the ROI to ensure commercial efficiency.
    Identifying and reporting any irregularities, such as fraudulent delivered traffic from affiliates.
    Following up and monitoring the affiliate’s commission payments.
    Build strong internal connections to ensure collaboration between the various departments.
    Follow any legal changes/requirements and make sure all affiliates are compliant.
    Fulfil department and personal KPI’s as delivered by management.
    Monitor the affiliate’s marketing spend to ensure is in line with the budgets.
    Plan and execute affiliate campaigns/activities and assist in marketing and sales activities such as events/seminars/conferences or other.
    Be available to work evenings and weekends depending on business requirements (when applicable).

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

    You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Affiliate Manager role within the iGaming industry.
    You have strong negotiation skills combined with hunger and drive.
    You are able to work as part of a team but also on own initiative.
    You can work under pressure and ensure timely delivery and flawless quality on all tasks handled.
    You have strong written and verbal, English communication skills. (knowledge in another language is considered an advantage).
    You have excellent problem-solving skills.
    You are flexible and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
    You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel and Power Point.
