About this opportunity

Salary up to £80K base with additional benefits is currently on offer. 

My client is an exciting B2B Sportsbook Platform. Their unique Multi-Tenant system allows them to build product solutions that are more complex than anything available on the market today.

You will be leading the Trading function to deliver best in class trading, customer analysis and risk management processes and capabilities, in order to provide a market leading B2B trading service.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the implementation of best practice within the Trading team in pricing, trading, customer analysis and risk management on a day-to-day basis
• Establish high standards of operational excellence and monitor performance against these
• Provide leadership to the trading team
• Act as an important people leader, focused on optimising recruitment, onboarding and development of all traders into high performing individuals, who contribute to the success of the wider team
• Crucial role in the implementation of performance management best practice, having oversight and providing coaching to others within Trading to ensure development and a learning culture is at the heart of the trading team

Knowledge, skills and experience:

• Strong leadership skills
• Strong track record in delivering exceptional product and processes in a Trading environment.
• Highly developed people skills, with experience as a strong people leader
