UX Researcher

Location: Malaga, Spain
Salary: Competitive salary with flexible compensation plan | Ref: 32257

My client is looking for a UX researcher to join their growing creative team. You’ll solve the right problems by gaining a deep understanding of the issues their customers and target market faces, and effectively communicate your research findings to the team and relevant stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with other team members to increase collective knowledge and discover insights into what would make their users’ experience more intuitive, accessible and seamless.

What you’ll do:

• Plan, conduct and analyse user research at various points of the user journey using appropriate methodology
• Communicate insights to diverse audiences in a compelling way
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics
• Implement our user research practice including defining the strategy and building up our research toolkit

What you’ll bring:

• Fluent English speaker
• 5+ years of UX research experience in the technology sector
• A degree in a human-behaviour-related subject (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)
• The ability to work autonomously – you take initiative and follow things through without needing to be closely directed
• Experience formulating specific, answerable and practical research questions
• The ability to independently perform all research-related tasks including planning, research, evaluation and iteration
• A diverse toolkit of human factors research and usability methods, with the expertise to select, scale, and adapt them to a variety of investigative, information-gathering and analysis tasks
• Skilled at digesting research findings into laser-sharp insights
• Experience presenting research findings and recommendations to all levels of stakeholders, including executive management • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
• Experience with agile product development
