Visual Designer

Location: Malaga, Spain

My client is looking for an experienced, innovative, creative Visual Designer who is passionate about user experience.

You’ll rely on user-centred design principles to produce high-quality visuals - from concept to execution - across many platforms. You’ll collaborate with the Experience Design team to create innovative, great-looking products that people love to use.

What you’ll do:

• Translate client business requirements, user needs and technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
• Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
• Conduct collaborative design workshops
• Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders at various levels of seniority across the business
• Craft user-interfaces in a way that information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find
• Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers and product managers in order to create simple, easy-to-use software
• Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes and trends in visual design

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment with user interface design, typography, iconography, information layout, colour, space, and texture
• Proven experience working in a fast paced, dynamic product development environment. The cryptocurrency sector moves fast, and we need to keep up!
• Experience with Agile frameworks
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Experience with a tool such as Sketch or the Adobe Creative Suite is a must, and any experience with UXPin is a bonus
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field
