A leading online media company is looking for a German native Content Editor to join their growing team. This role can be remote, ideally based in a European time zone, for ease of communication with the rest of the team.

What we are looking for:

    Native German & English language skills (written & spoken).
    Professional experience in an online editorial content role.
    Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
    A moderate grasp of SEO techniques.
    Creative mindset, an eye for detail and the ability to stick to deadlines.

What will you be doing?

    Responsible for all the German content uploaded on the website, making sure all content delivered is of excellent quality and meets the highest standards.
    Growing the company’s’ presence through the content uploaded online.
    Proofreading, line editing and SEO copy editing text to match the tone and clarity our audience expects.
    Brief and liaise with freelance writers to ensure they meet expectations and deadlines.
    Collaborate with other team members such as Produce, UX, Marketing and others.
