Responsibilities:

    Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to build relevant customer marketing initiatives and programs
    Enhancing customer marketing programs including email, social, events
    Taking decisions on campaign optimisation that you create and execute
    You also make recommendations and continuously refine the marketing mix to drive the best results
    Taking care of marketing and content strategies to improve content campaigns
    Drafting marketing related BI reports

Qualification:

    Experienced in managing customer engagement programs for ideally gaming companies or ecommerce
    Familiarity with CRM marketing technologies, preferably Salesforce
    Fluent English language skills, German language skills are advantageous, any other languages are considered a plus
