Gaming compliance and licensing manager

A leading software development and consulting firm specializing in state-of-the-art casino gaming solutions is seeking a Gaming Compliance and Licensing Manager for their office in Las Vegas, NV. This high growth producer of skill-based, arcade-style, interactive games and software tools for game developers reimagines the gambling experience for a new generation of players with patented hybrid technology.

The Compliance and Licensing Manager will establish, monitor, maintain and manage regulatory compliance processes for software and hardware submissions to independent testing labs (ITL) and gaming jurisdictions. You will also prepare, monitor, maintain and manage licensing submissions for the Company’s employees and subcontractors to state and tribal agencies. This position will serve as the primary contact in maintaining favorable relationships with regulatory agencies and licensing bodies.

Among the position duties and responsibilities, you will also: prepare annual budgets in conjunction with department requirements; maintain current knowledge of regulations related to the licensing of the Company, its employees and subcontractors; maintain secure files containing highly confidential financial information; and determine and maintain the licensing and compliance requirements and procedures for the Company for gaming jurisdictions.

Skills and Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry in areas relevant to product compliance and licensing of entities and individuals.

1-2 years of experience in casino gaming product compliance working with ITL’s and other labs, state and tribal agencies.

1-2 years of experience of licensing experience within gaming.

An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is required.

A solid understanding of the requirements and processes for hardware and software compliance in the gaming industry.

A solid understanding the licensing requirements and processes in the gaming industry.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and with the ability to multitask.

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and working with tight deadlines.

Good interpersonal skills; collaborates well with others; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations, personalities, and/or tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
