Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Casino Operations for their expanding Casino department The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Gaming, will have a proven background in Casino, and will have a passion for delivering exceptional gaming experiences.
Working within the Marketing department, and reporting to the Director of Casino, this individual will establish operational excellence for the Casino department, owning and developing supplier relations, improving communications with internal departments, maximising the bonus/gamification capabilities, innovating the casino product offering, growing the commercial KPI’s, and mentoring younger members of the team.
