An award-winning game studio are looking for a sharp and strategic FP&A Analyst to join the finance team in Malta or the UK and report to the CFO

Your Role:

    Build and enhance financial models to support business strategy and forecasting

    Lead the annual budgeting cycle

    Analyse financial performance and deliver insights that drive smarter decisions

    Provide financial input on strategic initiatives, including market and cost assessments

    Act as a finance business partner to operational teams

    Improve reporting through automation and smarter financial tools

    Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A activities

    Support ongoing financial projects and ad-hoc analysis

What You Bring:

    5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within iGaming or tech

    Advanced Excel skills and Power BI

    Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail

    Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex data for all audiences

    Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field (CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus)
