Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial Law

A well-renowned iGaming business is looking for a talented legal professional to join their award-winning Legal team as a Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial Law.
Your Responsibilities:
· Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
· Implement and manage contract administration processes
· Stay updated on regulatory and compliance changes in the gaming sector
· Address legal matters in various areas
· Provide comprehensive legal advice to internal and external stakeholders on legal and commercial risks.
· Develop and maintain legal policies, best legal practices
· Assist in tracking the performance of junior legal team members, providing guidance, allocating tasks, and more
Skills:
· 6+ years post-qualification experience as a commercial/media/IP lawyer in a leading law firm or in-house in the iGaming, technology, digital media, or entertainment industry.
· A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Law.
· Proven track record of successfully managing legal risks and complex commercial legal matters.
· Demonstrated ability to manage and develop junior team members.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in M&A transactions and AI is a plus.
