A remote-first iGaming company is seeking a BI Analyst with solid industry experience to join their team. This role involves deep analysis of player and platform data to optimise performance and guide decision-making across marketing, product, operations, and finance.
Main Responsibilities:
• Create and refine dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Analyse metrics related to player activity, revenue trends, churn, and game performance.
• Apply AI and machine learning to support predictive insights and strategic planning.
• Collaborate across departments to provide actionable data for growth and retention.
• Handle data extraction, cleaning, and transformation from various iGaming sources.
• Maintain data accuracy through strong governance and quality controls.
• Support A/B testing and performance tracking for marketing and player engagement.
• Monitor live analytics and flag significant data changes.
Desired experience:
• 3+ years in a BI or analytics role within the iGaming sector.
• Skilled in LookML, SQL, and familiar with major BI tools.
• Experience with AI analytics and tools like Google Cloud AI, Python, or R.
• Knowledge of iGaming metrics such as GGR, NGR, RTP, and player segmentation.
• Familiarity with BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift is a plus.
