My client is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing & Acquisition to lead growth efforts across digital, affiliate, and influencer channels. Responsibilities:
Lead the Marketing & Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing plan to drive user acquisition and engagement across the US market.
Own User Growth KPIs: Manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable ROI across paid social, programmatic, SEO/ASO, influencer, and affiliate channels.
Build & Manage Teams/Partners: Recruit, manage, or collaborate with agencies and freelancers across creative, media buying, and affiliate marketing.
Drive Creative Messaging & Brand Positioning: Work closely with internal teams to create compelling campaigns that align with brand tone and sweepstakes regulations.
Use Data to Optimize Performance: Analyze funnel metrics, A/B tests, and LTV/CAC ratios to improve customer acquisition cost and retention.
Ensure Compliance: Work in accordance with state and federal laws related to sweepstakes and promotional gaming.
Requirements:
5+ years of performance marketing or growth experience in sweepstakes or iCasino.
Proven track record of scaling user acquisition through paid media, influencers, affiliates, or viral loops.
Deep understanding of U.S. digital marketing regulations and advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
