My client is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to build brand’s social media presence and relationships within online community by creating and moderating content specifically designed to engage followers.
Experience and knowledge of planning and developing social media campaigns.
Conduct research on competitors and audience preferences.
Create social media content to appeal to target markets and audience.
Monitor and respond to customer and consumer engagements on social media channels.
Tracking and reporting social media engagement and trends.
Staying current on trending topics to increase engagement and user conversion.
Optimise social accounts.
Being in charge of responding to comments and DMs on social media and offer customer support, answer questions.
Crafting content that prompts responses or conversations, coordinating contests, or producing other interactive content.
Build engagement rate and customer loyalty.
**You will need to be able to live and work in Tbilisi in Georgia**.
