Pentasia is delighted to be supporting a set of industry veterans to find a Senior Legal Counsel to join the team in Malta.
The ideal candidate will be reporting to the CEO.
The main responsibilities would include: Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in the negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements. Provide timely and accurate legal advice on a variety of matters related to GDPR, intellectual property (IP), marketing, and gaming regulatory compliance, assist in and engage in the application of license approvals in new jurisdictions and more.
Requirements would be a Legal degree with at least 3 years experience in iGaming and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
