Responsible Gaming Officer - German Speaking

My client, a leading company in the iGaming industry, is looking for a Responsible Gaming Officer to join their team in Malta on-site.

You will be responsible for safeguarding their players and business operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all RG-related inquiries.
• Manage RG cases and oversee internal RG communication channels.
• Monitor player activity and proactively engage with players.
• Communicate with at-risk players via email and phone.
• Maintain direct communication lines with players.
• Compile RG profiles for player accounts.
• Follow up on player activity after RG interactions.
• Develop and enhance company RG procedures.
• Handle market-specific responsibilities.

Desired Experience & skillset:

• Over 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry, ideally with a background in Responsible Gaming or Customer Service.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Empathetic and compassionate nature.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to analyse data impartially.
• Outstanding communication skills.
