External Corporate Communications Executive

The role:
I am supporting a rising star in the tech world, a leading digital sports betting operator that is swiftly carving out a reputation as one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies and has expanded its brands and expertise across 10 countries.

My client is experiencing rapid growth, and as a result, their corporate communications demands are skyrocketing. I am on the lookout for a proactive, all-around corporate communications pro to join thier Global Corporate Communications squad. Working alongside their HQ team, you'll play a key role in crafting and promoting our corporate image and responsibility initiatives to the public eye, while also driving internal communications strategies and maintaining my clients reputation as a top local employer.

In this role, you'll collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure everyone's on board with our business objectives and action plans. Plus, you'll forge partnerships with local community organizations and other external stakeholders to create compelling content and boost our presence in the area.

Responsibilities:

    In collaboration with the HQ Communications team, you will define external communication objectives locally, while shaping and implementing a comprehensive external communications plan to support business priorities.
     Liaise with local media to identify the right opportunities to amplify our voice.
     Create and curate content for various target groups and audiences.
    Plan, organise and execute external events.
    Ensure our #onetean #onevoice credo while helping adapt global communications strategies & initiatives to impactful communications that resonate locally.
    Work alongside the HQ Corporate Responsibility team to monitor the annual corporate responsibility plan locally and coordinate with market teams for local execution.
    Work on an annual plan and identify opportunities to communicate the company's CR work locally.
    Provide communications support to existing and future CR initiatives.
    Deliver local internal communications initiatives that ensure top-bottom strategy dissemination & organise events for our people.
    Coordinate work and relationships with local PR agency.

Requirements:

    You are self-driven, hands-on and passionate about communications. You work well in teams and are willing to take on new challenges. Apart from that you have:
    Minimum 5 years' experience in the broader communications/PR fields. Outstanding writing skills in your local language and English.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    An ability to tackle multiple projects and tasks at the same time, prioritising and re-prioritising when needed.
    Creativity and resourcefulness in developing and executing community events.
    Commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced and often-changing work environment.
    A Bachelor's degree in Social Studies, Communications or Marketing/PR is desirable. A
    Master's degree in the above fields will be considered a plus.
