What is the role?
Joining us as a Regional Operations Manager you will play an integral part in the overall success of your region by creating a customer-centric culture and driving business performance. You will be:
· To lead, inspire and motivate a team of Area Managers
· Responsible for maximising profit and growing the business within your region
· Fully accountable for your regions overall performance
· Support and deliver on business strategy aligning with the businesses main objectives
· Ensuring tight cost control procedures are in place
· Remaining up to date with Gaming and gambling legislation
· Provide detailed forecasts, review budgets and analyse and monitor financial performance
· Driving a culture of exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business throughout the venues in the region
· Remaining up to date with competitor activity
· Recognising and celebrating success
· Cross function working to maximise performance and profitability
· Commercial awareness and an ability to be proactive when it comes to the various business streams we offer
· Ensuring all company policies and procedures are being adhered to
· Devise and promote different marketing ideas to maximise footfall and revenue
Who are we looking for?
We are wanting to hear from you if you have at least 3 years senior management experience in the gaming industry alongside a can-do, customer focused attitude. You will be:
