A leading iGaming company are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to take on a fast paced position. Managing the Finance team and reporting to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a equivalent. in
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience is required.
You must be able to travel throughout Europe as required.
Prior experience managing a team
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Ability to motivate others
The ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English
Essentials:
Manage department personnel, which involves direct and indirect responsibilities for
interviewing, selection, training, motivating, and performance evaluations
Assign and allocate work in a manner that utilises employee’s strengths to efficiently
maintain operations
Develop operations processes to enhance the Department
Handles escalated Department questions or issues
Sets clear goals by communicating job expectations, appraising work performance and
consistently providing honest positive and negative feedback to employees
Provides employees with training
Consistently reviews, approves, and submits administrative work prior to established due dates
Experience using accounting
software's
