Samara – Russia

Event Information

The 8th International Summer forum of amusement industry specialists organised by the Russian Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (RAAPA) and supported by the Administration of the city of Samara and Ministry of Culture of the Samara region will take place in Samara from July 17 to July 19.
Samara, one of the largest cities in Russia, is a well-known economical, scientific, and cultural centre. In 2018, Samara was hosting the World Cup football games. The city is known for its parks, cultural facilities, recreation areas, and entertainment centres. The cultural and recreation sphere for such a big urban centre is undersaturated which opens up here ample opportunities for entertainment industry development.
The RAAPA Summer Forum will be attended by executives and specialists of the parks, entertainment centres, waterparks, resorts, travel companies, and cultural institutions, city officials and representatives of non-governmental organisations, manufacturers of amusement rides and entertainment equipment, and other interested persons. Altogether, over 150 participants from Russia and abroad are expected.
