The China-based amusement manufacturer UNIS is set to release Jet Ball Alley at the AAMA Gala, running from September 9-13 in Lombard, Illinois, US.

UNIS to debut Jet Ball Alley

Following the success of its video bowling game, Lane Master, in mid-2017, this game uses similar holographic projection technology to display animations.

To win tickets, players roll balls up an incline, trying to drop them into three holes in a row to score. There are a total of nine holes and players get extra points if the three are in horizontal, vertical or diagonal lines. Scoring more than one line yields more points.

UNIS USA sales manager Debbie Gonzalez said: “The unique concept of combining physical elements of a traditional bowling alley with video technology was what made Lane Master so successful worldwide. Why change a formula that works?”

Jet Ball Alley sports a 55ins LCD monitor with colour-changing LED lights around the nine holes and is available as a single or three linkable units. Shipping is estimated to start around the end of October to early November.
