The Omni Arena VR esports creator Virtuix has added a new game to the genre, Dead Zone for teams of up to four players to fight zombies.
The game has two rounds with players cycling through 15 different weapons to face zombie characters, collect supplies and survive a zombie apocalypse.
Jan Goetgeluk, Virtuix founder, said: “Dead Zone is Omni Arena’s most thrilling and terrifying game. It was designed to attract a high level of repeat plays.”
It will be added to Omni Arena’s weekly and monthly esports tournaments with top teams vying to win cash prizes from a $100,000 pool.
