Eddie Yates has joined the Stern Pinball sales force.
Yates will take up the role of help desk customer service technical support engineer at the Illinois-based company, reporting to the director of technical support, Patrick Powers.
Yates is seen as a useful addition to strengthen the service department as pinball sales continue to grow.
“Eddie brings over a decade of technical experience, working as a lead service technician for Abt Electronics and as a lead installer for Appliance Warehouse. He brings a strong understanding of technical skills in addition to having a high level of compassion for handling difficult business-to-consumer issues,” said the company.
