As reported last week, the new Xtreme Zone at the Abu Dhabi Mall has now opened and more news is coming in of the unique family entertainment destination created by Saudi operator Al Othaim Leisure and Tourism.
The youth brand, offering an adrenaline rush for families, covers 30,000sq.ft on two levels of adventure play space.
On the ground floor there is a climbing wall, soft play area and trampoline centre while on the first floor there is a party area and laser tag zone.
Fahad Al Othaim, vice-chairman, said in an official release this week: “Our commitment is to bring high-quality family activities on an all-year-round basis to both tourists and local residents. This brand represents a vibrant indoor entertainment zone with a wide range of activities for both children of all ages and adults.”
It is the second entertainment venture for Al Othaim under the brand and contains Active Climb, designed to bring out more intensive physical activity for guests as part of a health programme. Attractive pricing has been introduced for schools and birthday parties. The Saudi company has been operating in the UAE for four years, utilising its Fabyland and Xtreme Zone brands.
