The GiGO Akihabara Building 4, previously operated by Sega, in Tokyo, Japan, will soon close its doors for the last time.

September 25 is the day it’ll happen, with the venue’s lease being allowed to run out by the gaming company.

It is the third site of its kind to cease operations in the last few years, with two Sega arcades shutting down in 2020 and 2021, as reported by Time Out.

Details published on social media by GiGO suggest there will be some farewell celebrations in due course.
