The new long-term contract will see Playnation supplying the high-definition gaming machines to allow players to enjoy titles such as Worms, Deal or No Deal and Viz.

Playnation’s new contract win follows a 20-year relationship with Welcome Break, and will see its server-based gaming platforms installed at 35 sites across the UK.

“It’s great to be able to push Storm, one of our most advanced terminals, to a wider audience,” said Ryan Collinge, sales director at Playnation. “We’ve had a great relationship with Welcome Break for over 20 years now, so we’re pleased to be building on that and to be increasing their customer offering even further.”

Storm terminals operate on Inspired Gaming’s Open SBG Core platform, which provides access to content from leading providers such as Inspired, Blueprint and SG Gaming.

Established in 2013 following a management buyout from Inspired Gaming, Playnation currently operates machines in over 1,000 locations within holiday parks, bowling alleys, airports and motorway service stations.
