Antique amusement machines went under the hammer at a collector’s auction in Lincolnshire, UK, yesterday.

Games dating back to the 1930s were among the vintage items - 25 of them - sold at Louth by John Taylors, the auctioneers.
They included a 1931 Green Ray Television slot and a cycle race game and the collection dates back to 1970s when they were rescued from scrapping.
The Green Ray Television is a particular rarity that was expected to reach £3,000 in the sale. Only about a dozen of the slots were originally built by H Bradshaw in London. The Marathon Cycle Race game was also built in London in 1930.
