Valley-Dynamo, the US-based manufacturer of pool tables, shuffleboards and air hockey tables, has signed an agreement to acquire the Rowe Bill Changer assets from Megatouch.
Rowe Bill Changers will operate as a separate business in Richland Hills, Texas.

Tom Kozlik, vice president of Rowe, said the transaction offers “many significant benefits” for owners and distributors of the company’s products.
