Jon P Brady, a US distributor well-known in the international community, has died.
Jon, who died on July 1, for many years ran Brady Distributing Company in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Jon was a very popular character who was well-respected in the coin machine industry where his company represented many of the leading international brands of games. His father, CB Brady, was the founder of the family business in the mid-1960s and Jon took over the leading of the company in its most prosperous years, passing it on to his son, Jon W Brady.
The company closed a few years ago and Jon W joined Player One Group as its vice president of business development.
Jon P was honoured by the American Amusement Machine Association in 2007 as a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award.
He is succeeded by his wife, Gwen, sons Jon and Chris and several grandchildren.
