TheExperienceTicket.com, powered by Unlimited Leisure, has launched a simple spreadsheet for operators to figure out how many guests per day can be served without them having to queue.
Operators simply input an attraction’s combined daily ride/show capacity per day.
Other data that can be configured includes number of rides per day per guest and hours of operation.
“Queues are what guests most complain about when visiting attraction," the company said.
"We have delivered an integrated ticketing and queuing management IT system that can deliver a total queue-free visit for all guests.”
