The Dezerland FEC that has opened in Orlando has 12 lanes of tenpin bowling supplied by Switch International.

The new venue, dominated by The Auto Experience, the largest privately-owned collection of cars in the world, covers a total of 800,000sq.ft of indoor amusements and attractions.

The games in the location and much of its outlets, are driven by a Sacoa cashless system, but central to much of the location’s offer is the tenpin bowling, that Switch says contains its most up-to-date technology and only walking distance from the Orange County Convention Center, where the world’s biggest amusement show is held annually.

“What a great shop-window for our products,” said Cynthia Winterhalter, chief communications officer for Switch International. “With some many people from the international community visiting Orlando each year for the show, where better could we have our best products on display?”

Winterhalter added: “Dezerland Orlando is a project custom-designed by US Design Lab, with a very unique staggered lane layout.  It consists of Switch’s latest equipment such as Matrix lanes, Genie scoring software and Switch String Pinsetters. We are very pleased to hear that they are open and wish Dezerland every success.”
