Showboat, an arcade in the seaside town of Yarmouth, UK, has gone on sale for £575,000.

The site has been trading for more than 40 years and has become a staple of the town’s promenade.
The current owners, Derek and Carol Ann Smedley, are now retiring and there is an opportunity for a prospective buyer to take over the landmark.
They bought the business nine years ago and said it has undergone continued renovations during that time as well as recently adding a £24,000 pusher.
The site also includes cranes, pool tables, air hockey and kiddie rides.
