Towergate Risk Solutions, specialist insurance provider to the leisure and entertainment industry, has expressed its thanks to the organisers of IGX 2009 for their hard work in making this event the success it was.

Darren Jarmin, new business development executive at Towergate, said: "As a specialist insurance provider to the leisure and entertainment industry for many years in both the UK and Ireland, we naturally try to exhibit at a number of trade shows where we feel our presence will be valued.

"In recent years, however, these costs have begun to spiral out of control, to the point where this year we had to consider whether to continue to exhibit. Fortunately, the IGX show gave us the opportunity to do so at a realistic price.

"It will have been clear to anyone entering the show the level and amount of hard work that had gone into putting on this show, and while the footfall was never going to compare against ATEI, the quality of visitor we had to our stand was of a very high standard. Although I am sure that our roulette wheel and giving away bottles of Moet and National Lottery scratch cards had something to do with it, we had a surprising amount of people come over to speak to us, many of which we had not previously had contact with.

"All in all, it was a great event for us and we would like to extend our thanks to all at InterGame for putting this event on, and look forward to hearing about developments for the next one."

Towergate Risk Solutions will also be exhibiting at AMEX 2009 on stand 14, so if you fancy the chance to win a bottle of Moet remember to take your business card to swap for the chance to win a prize.
