The ninth Congreso Andaluz sobre el Juego amusement and gaming machine show opens in Torremolinos, Spain, today for a two-day run.
The show is being held at the Torremolinos Palacio de Congresos and, while it is a regional show, it is important in that it represents the first in-person trade show for the sector in over 18 months.
With much of the Spanish industry still severely impacted by Covid-19 restrictions, with lockdowns and staff furloughed, even the exhibition itself is is impacted with restrictions and limitations.
But many of the country’s regulators – Spain has 17 autonomous regions, each with their own gaming laws – will be at the show to see some of the industry’s biggest manufacturers and distributors, including Merkur Dosniha, Infinity Gaming, MGA, EGTY, Novomatic Gaming Spain, Orenes, R. Franco, Unidesa and Zitro.
