Gamified golf brand Topgolf has announced it has broken ground on a new venue in New Braunfels, Texas, US.
The venue will have 62 outdoor climate-controlled hitting bays set across two levels. Players will be able to play a number of immersive games and challenges thanks to Topgolf’s Toptracer technology, which tracks each golf ball’s flight path, distance and other metrics.
Topgolf New Braunfels will feature an outdoor area with yard games, as well as a full-service bar and restaurant with a 216sq.ft video wall.
It will be part of Creekside, a new 400-plus acre mixed-use development and is set to open in late 2025.
Topgolf chief development officer, Chris Callaway, said: “I'm excited to officially announce that construction efforts are underway on our New Braunfels venue after two years of anticipation. We can't wait to welcome residents and visitors of New Braunfels to experience our unique style of play soon.”
