China-based indoor playground provider Wonka Playground Co has created its own top-30 list of the world’s best FECs in 2019.
The company, with offices and factory in Panyu, Guangzhou, produces soft play equipment trampolines, rope and ninja courses, amusement games and VR simulators. Having dealt with 500 planning and operating venues internationally, the company has used its contacts, experience and other market search to compile a list.
It rates I-X Center in Cleveland, US, as top of the list, with Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi as second and Lotte World in Seoul, Korea, as third. It is followed by Sanrio Puroland in Japan, Galaxyland, Canada, then Nickelodeon Universe at Mall of America in Minnesota, US. Other locations in the list include venues in Indonesia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Egypt, the UAE, India, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, Japan and others from the US.
