Timezone Group has opened another four outlets in Singapore, taking the total number of outlets to 15 and further strengthening the operator's position as the market leader in the region.
These outlets also see an expansion of the TZ-Active brand, an alternative to Timezone, which includes the latest arcade games in an energetic and interactive environment.
Innovation in all areas of operations remains imperative, according to the company, and reflects its fundamental commitment to delivering to customers’ expectations.
Timezone has been one of the fastest expanding brands in the industry and this looks likely to continue in 2010. Close alliances with Singapore’s leading shopping centres and property developers have strongly supported Timezone’s plan for expansion.
Stephen Price, general manager of Timezone Singapore, commented: "This is just the beginning for Timezone. We are constantly on the lookout for opportunities to expand our reach. Our aim is to have Timezone across the country so that customers can easily visit one of the outlets."
Timezone has outlets across seven countries in Asia, Australia and New Zealand and are, apparently always on the lookout for expansion - not only in established markets - but untested markets as well.
Timezone CEO Sonaal Chopra added he "is very pleased with the progress made by Timezone Singapore in recent years," and is bullish about 2010, as visitor numbers continue to look good and the government revises its growth upwards to 6.5 per cent for the year.
