In Australia, Timezone Funtasia has received the Tourism, Hospitality and Recreation 2009 award by the Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards for the second consecutive year.
A joint venture between Timezone Australia and Juan Uribe, a former Sydney-based general manager within the Timezone Group, Timezone Funtasia is the largest indoor FEC in Australia and covers 54,000sq.ft.
The site includes cutting edge interactive attractions such as Laser Skirmish Maze, dodgem/bumper car rides, an 18-hole mini golf course, a large number of simulators including Mini Rider 2, a six-lane bowling game, Highway 66, a 12-player shooting gallery and over 300 machines, a large proportion of which are redemption.
