In cooperation with software supplier Boss Media, Synot has launched three new games for its VLT system - Miner's Luck, Age of Vikings and Black Bird. Rudolf Gregor, technical director of Synot, said: "We will add one game to each of the three VLT series each quarter so players' interest doesn't disappear."
Synot’s aim, according to product manager David Mixa, is to offer the widest portfolio of game concepts possible, attracting a broad range of players and it continues to concentrate on finding new concepts rather than making graphic clones of successful games.
Age of Vikings offers classic win lines and scatter win lines, meaning the symbols do not have to be next to each other but can appear anywhere in the window. Black Wings is an improved version of the crisscross concept, which is popular in central Europe.
"We always try to think like a player," said Mixa, "and try to determine what will be popular and what should be avoided. Players need to feel comfortable with their options and the game’s graphics need to be transparent and as simple as possible while remaining interesting and appealing."
