The Gardaland Resort theme park in north-east Italy, is doing its bit for the environment with charging points for electric cars.
The endeavour is a partnership with Enel X, the technology company and has seen eight charging points installed at the park. Overseeing the launch of the new charging points were Aldo Maria Vigevani, managing director of Gardaland, and Elisa Tosoni, e-mobility Enel X manager for the Triveneto region.
Said Elisa Tosoni: “We are leaders in the electric mobility revolution in Italy and have a national plan that aims to reach 28,000 charging points by 2023.”
