A new amusement park featuring sets from the Pirates of the Caribbean film franchise is set to open in Wallilabou, Saint Vincent.
The St Vincent Times reports that construction is set to begin on the park this year, with a planned opening date of 2025.
The country’s ministry of tourism, Carlos James, said that the development will include a state-of-the-art theme park which its hoped will boost tourism to the island.
It will include hotels and restaurants that were used as sets during the filming of the 2003 film.
