An entertainment venue which aims to be a “department store of fun” has proved an instant hit – and might revitalise traditional retail centres.

Gravity Max

It’s been a couple of months since the Gravity Max location in Liverpool, UK, opened in the city’s premier shopping mall, and in the words of CGO and co-founder Michael Harrison, it has not so much been a success, as having “absolutely blown the doors off.”

Covering a 100,000sq.ft space in the Liverpool ONE shopping centre, Gravity Max offers an exhilarating mix of competitive socialising and immersive entertainment including a high-speed, multi-level ekarting track, mini-golf, AR bowling, AR digital darts and shuffleboard. On top of that there is an Immersive Gamebox and a Hologate VR experience.
