The Locker Network, a manufacturer and supplier of keyless electronic locker systems and subsidiary of Helix Leisure, has announced the completion of an installation of 303 lockers in the Water Park of America, an indoor water park in Minnesota, US.
The keyless electronic lockers were installed as a replacement for old mechanical keyed lockers that the park had been using previously. There are a total of seven locker banks spread throughout the park, with a mix of small and large lockers with rental fees of $10 & $15 respectively.
“It’s an exciting time for The Locker Network and I’m delighted that we could offer a customised locker solution at the Water Park of America,” said Marshall Ashdown, senior vice president of the company.
The 70,000 sq.ft. Water Park of America features slides and surfboarding experiences among its attractions.
Steve Pastor, general manager of the company, said: “Installing these lockers eliminates the need for park staff to take key deposits, replace lost keys and repair broken locks. This total hands-off locker solution allows us to focus on our core business without distraction.”
