Texas allows games in bars to reopen

In time for Memorial Day – a national holiday in the US, this year on May 25 – bars in the state of Texas were permitted to reopen at last, but at 25 per cent capacity.

The good news for route operators in the state was that the bars were permitted to switch on the games. The permission came with a three-page checklist of requirements, that included many health protocols for both guests and employees.

Arcades and theme parks in the state, however, remain closed for the moment.
