It would be easy to be pessimistic about the situation the industry finds itself in, but Betson is finding encouragement in collaboration.

“ONE of the positives that I’ve taken out of this,” revealed Jonathan Betti, “is that before lockdown, if you didn’t get around the water cooler at the office, you didn’t see people. Since we’ve all been at home, we’ve seen people face to face, albeit via video calling, more often than we would have otherwise and it’s great!”

And that’s just what InterGame’s Dan Snook did to get the thoughts of the senior vice president of sales and business development at H Betti Industries, the parent company of US distributor Betson.
