Most European distributors of Stern Pinball were in London for the EAG show, where the company had five models on display at the Electrocoin stand. Even the distributors from China and the Middle East were in town.
It was appropriate for Gary Stern to hold a distributors’ meeting during the show where the Stern Pinball president discussed the short-term and long-term policies and plans for expansion. Stern went into great detail about the three major markets, professional operations, enthusiasts and home recreation.
He also talked about the opportunities presented by the new website, the next generation hardware system and the future of the company’s merchandise and accessories programme. During the show the company held no fewer than 18 face-to-face meetings to discuss the distributors’ needs in detail and report that all feedback was positive.
On the Electrocoin stand the show showed the Beatles and Munsters machines to visitors and both were well received
