The Stern factory in Illinois, US, has increased production despite the pandemic, the pinball company said this week, despite a long period during which it was forced to close.

Record-breaking output since the reopening means that considerable numbers of new pinball games have been available, yet the year’s production is almost sold out, says CEO Gary Stern.
The company is still aiming for three new titles each year, he said, and now he is introducing Avengers: Infinity Quest in the usual Pro, Premium and Limited Edition versions. The comic book heroes, also famous through movies and TV have been popular for over 50 years and the new release, Avengers: Endgame was the highest grossing movie in history.
The new pinball has many features memorable from the movie and the first games are now coming off the production line this week. The other versions of the game will be produced next week and in October.
