A new 180,000sq.ft facility is set to be built in Henderson, Nevada, US, with entertainment options.
The location will be a sports entertainment facility, set across two levels, and will feature a number of sports courts, turf fields and party rooms.
A FEC will also be on-site, featuring a range of attractions including bowling, laser tag, mini-golf and an arcade. The venue will also include a restaurant and bar serving F&B.
KemperSports, which manages more than 140 golf courses, sports venues and resorts across the US, will operate the facility.
The City of Henderson predicts that more than one million people will use the facility and that it will bring in an annual tax revenue of US$1.5m.
The project has been recommended for approval at a city council meeting in July.
