The dark ride developer Simworx released two new products at IAAPA Expo Europe in Paris, France, last week: AGV Dark Ride and Mini Flying Theatre.

Simworx launches two new products

The company held a press conference at the event to officially launch the new offerings while it also promoted its new Metro of Time attraction that puts a twist on the traditional 4D cinema, taking guests on a time travelling adventure in fully themed underground metro carriages.

The first Mini Flying Theatre will soon open at Baosun Wildlife Park in Hanoi, Vietnam. This has been developed as a smaller option to the Flying Theatre also offered by the company.

Also on the stand was a fully operational ParadropVR that simulates paragliding in different locations, which Simworx developed with the UK-based manufacturer Frontgrid.

The company also attended the Park World Excellence Awards in Paris, where CEO Terry Monkton received the Industry Icon (Manufacturer/Supplier) Award. The award is presented to those who have served the European attractions industry and played a significant role in its success.
