Major Spanish operator-distributor Dosniha last night opened its ninth arcade on the island of Majorca.
The location, Embajada Azar (Games Embassy), represents the closest it is possible for an arcade to be to an upmarket casino. It is located on the outskirts of Majorca´s capital, Palma, and also acts as Dosniha´s new corporate headquarters.
Embajada Azar includes a spectacular showroom-kitchen, Wok, staffed by specially imported Chinese chefs from Amsterdam.
As the main Spanish importers of Interblock automated table games, the new arcade has examples of the latest Organic games, including a double roulette and the new automated blackjack. Dosniha is also the principal importer for Impera and Astro gaming machines and had examples of both in the new location, plus cash handling machines from Kate of Belgium. Games from Merkur and R Franco are also included in the project, as is an Elam automated Texas Hold ‘Em.
Over 400 people were specially invited to the grand opening event, including major operators and customers from Majorca and the rest of Spain, plus coin machine people from Italy, the UK, the Netherlands, Slovenia, members of Dosniha´s staff and the cream of Majorca’s business community.
