Namco Prize Europe is continuing to grow its range of plush and prize items for the coin-op amusement and leisure markets with its range of officially licensed Shaun the Sheep plush products.

Based on the universally-loved character from Oscar-winning Aardman Animations, the television show following the antics of Shaun the Sheep and his friends was originally broadcast on the BBC and has since expanded to 74 countries around the world.

James Anderson, EMEA sales manager of Namco Prize Europe, said: "The property is loved by all. The characters appeal to younger viewers and there is a lot of tongue-in-cheek humour for the older generations. The brand is going from strength to strength and the followers of Shaun on Facebook has surpassed the one million mark. We are working with Aardman to promote the brand and to promote amusement and leisure locations stocking the products."

With talk of a feature film currently in development for release in 2013 and different designs of products on the way, Namco Prize Europe is currently seeing more and more distributors come on board in Europe, the Middle East and Africa as Shaun the Sheep’s worldwide appeal continues to grow. The current range consists of various sizes of Shaun in various outfits.

More Shaun the Sheep stock is due to land before the summer holidays begin and exclusive UK distributor Brent Electronic is already receiving orders.
